Compare the inspected materials with the document standards (material composition, fabric roll length, fabric width, weight,...)
Check according to 4-point standard.
Cotton, mex, and cotton check the quality of the roll head ingredients (Instructions included)
Use the original color chart to compare with the actual fabric received, and divide the fabric color into each color/tone (use a color scanner to check).
Use the machine to check for errors on the fabric surface (yarn cores, knots, loose threads, blurred warps, dirty stains,...)
Statistics on fabric errors, comparing 4-point standards to evaluate material quality status, % material consumption due to errors. Work with relevant units to take corrective measures, notify customers, give solutions and report to management on fabric quality status.
Other tasks as assigned by department management.
