Job description
- Review current operating policies and procedures.
- Develop metrics to monitor service levels as well as standard operating procedures to improve user experience.
- Manage employees to ensure business activities achieve the best efficiency.
- Business planning and MKT.
- Evaluate the performance of the departments.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hard experience in a management position (team size < 20 people) in the field of B2C sales in the service industry
- Age:
- Graduated from university or higher
- Eng is fluent because the partner is a foreigner
- Have necessary soft skills (marketing, ....)
- Personality: dynamic, enthusiastic, practical market experience
- Experience in start-up company
Plus mark:
- Have an MBA degree in economics
- Have background to study abroad (especially Sing)
- If it is related to dentistry, it is a plus
Salary: million gross (negotiable) + % of monthly sales + company dividends
Working time: Monday - Friday morning - 6 pm, lunch break 1:30 pm, Saturday morning (9 am - 12 pm)
