■ Job description:
- Developing WEB E-Commerce, ERP and CRM software.
- Orient and propose appropriate system and technology development, supporting the implementation of vision, goals and business plans for the company.
- Build and manage IT departments and operate projects.
- Long-term development with the company.
- Mainly responsible for technology orientation and managing the company's tech team.
- Update new technology trends and plan and carry out R&D with the team.
- Support projects with complex technical requirements of the company as well as advise technology solutions for partners.
- Participate in the Manager and Board of Directors team to jointly manage and operate the company.
■ Requirements:
- Experience in managing human resources of the programming team and leading the programming team.
- People with experience in innovation, leading programming development culture, capable of training, leading, and orienting the vision for the software development company.
- Someone who can provide direction and strategy for introducing a new technology based on understanding of trends related to technology and IT.
- Someone who is proficient and understands a variety of frameworks and libraries as well as programming languages used in Frontend/Backend development.
- People with experience in operating and developing practical services.
- Proficient and understand DevOps.
- Have at least 10 years of experience participating in developing software projects, and at least 3 years in a Technical leader/CTO/ equivalent position.
- Ability to cover tasks, handle situations flexibly, and work independently and proactively.
- Communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Planning and problem solving skills.
- Fluent Japanese (N1/Native).
■Salary: $ Gross
■Working time: 8:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday.
