- Planning and participating in the recruitment of personnel for the F&B department
- Advise the Board of Directors on regulations, processes and standards for employees of F&B department
- Professional training and coaching for F&B staff, staff management
- Make business plans for F&B services and implement those plans, maintain and improve business profits
- Work with sales and marketing departments to implement marketing and promotional campaigns to promote and attract customers
- Collaborate with the Chef to estimate the budget and expenses for the operation of the Culinary department
- Ensure fast, efficient and quality service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction
- Receive and quickly handle customer complaints and requests
- Manage assets and goods of the hotel F&B department
- Prepare periodic reports in accordance with the company's regulations and complete other tasks as assigned by superiors.
