Species and Habitat Program Manager (SHM) participates in direct management and ensures output quality of two migratory bird conservation projects in the Red River Delta Biosphere (RRDB) region and the project large mammal conservation at Chu Yang Sin National Park.
Working time: 01 year (high chance of contract extension)
Quantity: 01 person
Work location : Dak Lak, with requirement to move to the Red River Delta and Hanoi.
Actual salary received: 16,000,000 VND - 20,000,000 VND/month, depending on practical experience.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Request:
- Be a Vietnamese citizen;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in the field of forestry, biodiversity conservation, zoology and related degrees;
- Have expertise, experience, and at least 3 years of experience in project management and conservation programs;
- Have at least 03 years of experience working in NGOs/CSOs environment;
- Have knowledge and skills to process data and write technical reports in English/Vietnamese;
- Being able to write scientific reports is an advantage;
- Having knowledge, ability, and skills to use SMART and GIS is an advantage;
- Having skills and experience successfully writing project proposals is a strength;
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
- Honest, careful, responsible, enthusiastic, eager to learn, committed to working at the organization;
- Proactive and highly responsible at work;
- Have careful, accurate, and clear scientific note-taking skills;
- Having experience in a similar position or working experience in the non-governmental sector is an advantage.
