Read and analyze detailed financial data of the store.
Responsible for store KPIs.
1.2 Executive tasks: - Merchandise management:
Locate and display products in strategic locations, constantly changing these locations according to time and customer reality at the store.
Confirm and approve inventory orders from the Vice Store; Store inventory control
Manage revenue including cash, transfer money, vouchers..., ensure full collection according to sales data.
Check and confirm the difference between inventory and sales after counting goods, then make a report to send to superiors.
- Customer service:
Collect information and introduce to customers about new products, promotions, policies related to payment, returns, etc.
Handle customer complaints raised by the Deputy Store(s), difficult & complex sales situations.
Build and direct the implementation of product and brand communication programs to current customers as well as other online customers.
1.3 Human resource management:
Plan human resources, assign tasks to Team Leader(s) and Employees.
Responsible for the capabilities of Employees and Team Leaders.
Motivate, train and develop employees to encourage career growth, build teamwork & identify potential employees for succession planning.
Dismiss and report to HR positions from deputy stores down if they do not meet KPIs or seriously violate company regulations
