I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
1/ Operation management:
- Mastering the operating procedures and company rules, ensuring the correct implementation of working procedures at the store.
- Receive and deploy information from the company, promotions and policies issued.
- Ensuring service standards, giving customers a high-quality service experience
- Control product quality, ensure uniformity in drinks at the store.
- Search and propose plans, options, promotion programs, brand introduction, store images to potential customers around the area and tourists.
2/ Revenue and expense management:
- Manage the store's revenue and cost control, maintain the profitable growth of the store. Comply with the indicators as required by the company.
- Control and track goods at the store to ensure that there are always enough goods to use for efficient operation and inventory management.
- Make periodic reports on the business situation of the store.
3/ Personnel management:
- In charge of managing the human resources team at the stores, creating a friendly and inclusive working environment for members.
- Effectively arrange personnel in a reasonable shift, ensure the health of employees and optimize working hours. Flexibly arrange personnel at assigned stores to ensure store operation.
- Responsible for guiding and training staff at the store on professional skills.
- Support HCNS in recruiting, synthesizing records and finding candidate sources for the system.
- Listen, care and support the difficulties or questions of employees.
II/ JOB REQUIREMENTS
1/ Qualification requirements:
- Male/Female from 30 years old and below
- Graduated from Vocational School or higher at the training school of Restaurant / Hotel Management / Tourism / Catering Service or related fields.
- Knowledge of the food and beverage business.
- Have computer skills in office
Experience requirements:
- At least 6 months of experience in the management position of coffee, milk tea, restaurant, cafeteria, ....
3/ Required skills:
- Love working in the F&B industry, seeing the joy of serving customers.
- Having good leadership, management and leadership skills in a team of more than 10 employees.
- Communicate quickly, convey information fluently, easy to understand.
- Able to work under pressure
