- Manage all sales activities at the store: Implement store sales targets, solve daily arising tasks, control costs, understand customer needs, update customer data ..
- Train and develop employees under their management.
- Check and monitor the attitude and working spirit of employees to ensure the best service to customers.
- Work closely with functional departments: Marketing, Merchandise, Display, Construction... to provide and receive information, effectively implement business plans from time to time.
- Manage store facilities.
- Every month, together with the company's accountant, inventory the goods at the store.
- Implement the regular reporting system in accordance with the Company's regulations.
