Manager/Supervisor of Otoke Fried Chicken store at Ho Chi Minh City - Otoke Chicken

II. Job description:

Number of recruitment: 02 (Go Vap branch and District 11 branch)

• Human resource management, recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel at the store in charge.

• Commodity management; Import and export are compared according to norms.

• Inventory and preserve assets, tools, machinery and equipment and place orders for the store.

• Operate the store according to procedures to achieve efficiency ***.

• Ensure service and product quality before reaching customers.

• Make daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports for the store.

• Other related jobs.

III. Candidate requirements:

• Graduated from high school or higher.

• Have equivalent experience of 1 year in the F&B industry.

• Age: 1990 and later

• Able to work Holidays/Tet and weekends.

• Ability to manage and solve problems.

• Honest and highly responsible at work.

• Able to withstand work pressure.

IV. Welfare policy:

• Salary: 7,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND/month (85% probationary period)

• Gasoline allowance: 150,000 VND/month

• Phone allowance: 150,000 VND/month

• Lunch allowance: VND/day

• Social insurance after 2 months of probation

• Other policies according to company regulations.

V. Working conditions:

• Working hours: 8 hours/day, 4 days off/month.

• Work location:

- 516 Thong Nhat, Go Vap, HCMC.

- 280 Lac Long Quan, District 11, HCMC
