1. Supermarket management:
- Build and develop business plans for the Supermarket channel in charge.
- Manage and be responsible for: sales, customers, coverage, debt, inventory, prices, promotional programs, competitor market information in the channel in charge.
- Caring for and developing good relationships with Buyers - Supermarket channel products in charge.
- Support and coordinate with the Accounting Department, Delivery Department... to ensure effective delivery progress and care of goods, ensuring goods are always available on the shelves, at least 2 lines/product codes.
- Monitor, plan orders and be responsible for inventory at the Supermarket.
- Negotiate contracts with customers and develop new customers.
- Propose and support the Marketing department: demo, activation, images, shelves... for each Customer in charge.
Brand Management:
- Make a development plan for the Brand assigned to manage and update and amend forms according to the Brand development plan.
- Work with MT, GT, HRC, MKT... groups to implement the Brand plan. Report and update implementation progress with the Board of Directors to ensure Brands execute according to plan.
- Interact, work and report with foreign suppliers under the guidance of the Manager.
- Plan orders, sales, and ensure goods arrive on schedule.
