1. Detailed job description
- Manage and supervise all operational activities of managed post offices (Delivery - receiving goods, avoiding warehouse breakage, loss or damage of goods, holding COD,...).
- Ensure revenue goals according to assigned targets. Plan to achieve goals and deploy them to Post Office staff.
- Classify customers according to generated sales criteria. Establish methods to approach each type of customer.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors for staff management at the Post Office (Recruitment, training, fostering, mobilization, personnel arrangement, personnel stabilization,...)
- Market development, finding customers, customer care. Handle customer complaints quickly and promptly.
- Collect information about customers and competitor markets.
- Responsible for resolving situations that arise in the Management Area.
- Deploy, monitor and implement company regulations.
- Report Post Office activities to management and departments as required.
- Responsible to the Director for issues related to assets, supplies, tools, and finances within the management area.
- Make a work plan for the Post Office you manage most effectively.
- GM: PROVINCIAL MANAGER
- RM: MANAGE 1 PROVINCE (10 - 15 POST OFFICES OR MORE, DEPENDING ON CAPACITY).
- SUP: MANAGE 4 - 7 POST OFFICES.
2. Job requirements
- Gender: Male/female, age: 25 - 40 years old
- College degree or higher, major in Economics/Business Administration or equivalent fields.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in marketing/business management and managing a team of people or more.
- Have remote management skills and the ability to independently manage the general operations of multiple post offices at the same time.
- Good skills in monitoring, handling confidential information, and resolving situations.
- Creative logical thinking.
- Good information communication skills, leadership skills, work arrangement, high sense of responsibility, and dedication to work.
- Work in a team and withstand high work pressure, love challenging work.
- Having executive management skills in a complex, fast-paced customer service/environment is an advantage.
