JOB DUTIES
1. Market development :

• Business areas in charge: Northwest region (Bac Ninh, Bac Giang, Lang Son, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho, Thai Nguyen, Hoa Binh, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, Bac Can - Cao Bang, Son La-Dien Bien, Lai Chau)
• Survey and check the market in assigned provinces.
• Coordinate with the company's Board of Directors in making monthly, quarterly and annual business plans.
• Grasp the market situation and activities of Distributors and agents.
• Propose and implement business plans, market development, measures to improve and upgrade distribution and sales systems in accordance with market reality and the Company's development strategy.
• Implement brand and image promotion programs in the market.

Synthesize and process market information about the Company's products as well as competitors.

2. Distributor and agent management:

• Recruit suitable Distributors who meet the requirements of: Sales activities, customer network, logistics, finance, delivery support.
• Check and monitor the implementation of provisions in contracts and payments between the Company and Distributors.
• Deploy and monitor the implementation of sales policies and promotional programs of the Company to Distributors, agents and consumers.
• Collaborate with Distributors to develop appropriate sales implementation methods.

Manage establishing customer network through Distributors.

3. Manage and recruit sales personnel

• Coordinate with departments to fully recruit and quality employees under their authority.
• Team management: Sales supervisor (GSBH), sales staff (NVBH) (if any) PG recruitment (if organizing events)
• Develop a human resource plan suitable to the market area.
• Support personnel under authority to carry out work.
• Guide and train subordinates
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors and Regional Director.
