Job Description

1/ Set goals and organize the implementation of sales plans in the region
- Develop regional management goals according to the general strategy of the Company, lead the sales team in the area (Distributor / Sales Supervisor)
- Evaluate the implementation progress, analyze the causes and take timely solutions.
2/Responsible for sales targets and system building.
- Develop methods to support, promote sell in and sell out to ensure the assigned sales target.
- Building a clear and efficient route and route system, promoting the increase of ASO/MCP ratio.
- Select and build a system of qualified distributors with goodwill and high commitment.
- Support and timely solve difficulties and problems of employees and distributors.
- Regularly present in the market to capture and promptly resolve arising issues.
3/Customer care
- Customer Information Management
- Proposing to improve service quality
- Resolve customer complaints, complaints, explain before the BOM
- Develop and propose after-sales and customer care programs.
- Provide information and data to support brand development
4/Management of subordinate personnel
- Manage and evaluate the quality of subordinate staff
- Training and development for new employees.
- Proposing training program for sales department staff
5/ Perform other tasks under the direction of the Board of Directors.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor

- Priority will be given to candidates who have experience in the market with products the company is trading,
