* Job description:
- Advising and advising the Regional Sales Director on business development plans and sales management in the area they are in charge of;

- Manage sales situation, output, revenue
- Understand the sales speed, inventory situation for each product of the supermarket, how to display goods at the counter, shelves, cleaning and product preservation;
- Collect, synthesize, analyze and evaluate market information, customer tastes, information about competitors
- Conduct training and coaching for subordinate staff
- Perform other tasks as requested by the manager;
