Job description
- Recruiting, training, assigning, coaching and disciplining employees in the management industry.
- Take the main responsibility for operating and managing business activities, debt collection and operation of branches under their management.
- Building and ensuring a good image of the company in the community.
- Expanding and developing the market in the management branch. Expand the number of collaborators in the area under their management.
- Implement the process, promote synchronous sales across the entire branch through individual sales, sales of affiliated employees, sales of collaborators.
