Work content:
- Supervising and Coordinating the entire operation of the Restaurant;
- Ensure the services provided to customers at outstanding and professional quality,
- Developing processes and standards for customer service for the Company;
- Analyze and respond to guest comments to increase guest satisfaction; constantly improve methods to increase the number of familiar customers and the number of new customers;
- Manage and train employees to work effectively; maximize operational productivity through thoughtful and reasonable work arrangements;
- Optimizing all resources (human, financial, materials, support) to implement the work plan to ensure the completion of the Company's objectives; proactively and flexibly deal with arising situations;
- Undertake other tasks when assigned in accordance with their expertise from the Company.
