Job Description

Huafu Groups
A. Vacancy: HR Supervisor
1. Job Description:
  • Supervising the daily work of HR department staff.
  • Monitor employee's monthly salary and personal income spreadsheets
  • Monitor the performance appraisal system (KPIs)
  • Monitor and implement internal training programs
  • Implement and monitor HR processes, regulations and policies from the Group
  • Consult and resolve requests from relevant departments in accordance with regulations
  • Report and perform work as directed by the Director of Human Resources
2. Requirements:
  • Chinese (equivalent to HSK4 and above - no degree required)
  • University degree in related disciplines
  • Have good general HR knowledge and experience including salary/recruitment/training/KPIs
  • Capable and experienced in team management
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Computer: proficient in Microsoft office
3. Salary: 1800~2000 USD (negotiable during interview)
B. Vacancy : Data analyst.
1. Job Description:
-Collect, verify and enter accounting, financial and operational data
business of the company.
- Process the data using data analysis tools or software to
Generate detailed reports for other specialized teams.
- Consolidate and analyze regular business data to help customers
managers make more detailed and strategic decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected and entered.
  • Share the results reports with other members of the company to bring
business analysis and strategic decision making.
- Research and track the latest financial and business trends,
to make suggestions for improvements or solutions.
2. Requirements:
  • Graduate in Accounting or Data related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a field related to data collection, processing and analysis.
  • Experience using data analysis software or tools such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS or SAS.
  • Careful, meticulous and precise with data.
  • Dynamic and creative in solving problems.
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Willing to learn and update new knowledge related to finance and business. Can withstand high pressure.
3. Salary: 1120~1350 USD
