Market Development Manager at Ha Noi - Tech Fitness Việt Nam

1. WORK CONTENTS
- Search and develop new agents in the assigned area;
- Advise the Board of Directors on business strategy;
- Taking care of old customers, solving problems arising at agents;
- Receive / track orders on schedule committed to the Dealer;
- Follow up on client's revenue performance and make plans to promote and grow the market;
- Coordinate with MKT department to come up with product PR ideas, build relationships, appropriate sales policies, coordinate with human resources department to recruit and train sales;
- Able to work in the early stages of market development;
- Report on business results, survey results, periodic reports or at the request of the Board of Directors and perform tasks under the direct direction of the Board of Directors.

2. REQUEST
- Male/Female, age 25-35, good health.
- Graduated from College - University.
- Mastering and understanding the knowledge related to the field of business, commerce, online marketing.
- Having 01 year or more experience in a similar position, retail, saleonline..., (preferably e-commerce, furniture products, home appliances, electronic equipment...) with a wide network .
- Can go to the province to learn the market.
- Good communication, negotiation and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Honest, confident, hardworking and progressive.

Working hours: Morning from 8 am to 12 pm. Noon 13h-17h (Saturday off from 16h)

- North: Tai Phat Group, cell number 20, lot OBT1, Bac Linh Dam, Hoang Mai, Hanoi.
- South: 30 extension 6B Street, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
