MEP COORDINATION MANAGEMENT at Ho Chi Minh City - Sao Hỏa

JOB DUTIES
1. DESIGN QUALITY MANAGEMENT

• Overall management and monitoring of overall progress of projects undertaken by the company.
• Plan activities and allocate key personnel for each project.
• Check, review and evaluate drawings of the Mechanical and Electrical department to complete design work on schedule, according to procedures, and with high efficiency.
• Direct and coordinate with drawing design engineers and improve drawing quality and company reputation.
• Ensuring quality and program compliance with approved specifications and schedule.

2. MARKETING

• Support the Director in technical issues, establish and maintain good working relationships with partners and investors.
• Search and identify potential customers for the company
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate project implementation and investment efficiency

3. HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING

• Set up schedules and arrange work for employees of the Mechanical and Electrical department to suit the needs at each specific time.
• Monitor, encourage and motivate employees to work effectively and meet the planned requirements.
• Instruct subordinates on how to work according to standards and requirements of M&E design regulations
• Grasp the company's situation to come up with the most optimal working method.
• Organize training sessions for design staff, report design errors and provide corrective measures.
• Support the Human Resources Department in recruiting personnel for the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Department.
