1. Job Description:
- Develop a market development plan and organize the implementation of the company's product coverage nationwide. Made into rows of hospitals and clinics.
- Assign work areas and support employees in their work to achieve KPIs.
- Urging and supervising employees to perform well the work and regulations of the company.
- Recruiting, managing, training and guiding employees to ensure human resources and sales targets. Develop and allocate targets for TDV in each region.
- Managing TDV's relationship with customers.
- Implement and evaluate sales programs and policies and supervise the work of TDVs.
- Proposing marketing strategies, sales policies, customer care.
- Coordinate with other departments to achieve the common development goals of the company.
- Perform other functions and duties at the request of the immediate superior and the Director of the Company.
- Ready to go to the province.
2. Requirements :
- Male and female aged 30 to 40 years old. Graduated from high school, college, university or higher majoring in economics, business administration, medicine, ....
- Good appearance, good health.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in the position of ETC Manager, preference will be given to candidates who have worked at pharmaceutical companies, trading with a chain of agents and retailers.
- Used to be in charge of many regions and provinces.
- Strong leadership, management and organizational skills
- Good communicated ability.
- Ability to negotiate, present and train, motivate
- Have a spirit of learning, progress and responsibility for work
- Can withstand work pressure and desire to stick with the Company for a long time
- Know how to plan weekly, monthly and yearly work and understand the work plan of the team and department
