Manage the entire Operations of the Center from Marketing, Admissions, Customer Service. Training Quality and Onions
Advising on business strategies and implementation solutions to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business goals.
Recruiting and training staff of the Center's Sales department; team building, staff development; coordinate with related departments to train sales staff on working knowledge and skills to meet job requirements.
Manage the learning situation of the classes (beginning, main study, supplementary, test, ...).
Managing the teaching and working situation of the team of foreign teachers, teaching assistants, homeroom teachers (monitoring/managing the signing of labor contracts/training contracts, monitoring work progress, controlling working attitude, capacity assessment, hiring/reward/disciplinary/dismissal decisions, ...)
Organize trial lessons, experiences, promotional programs.
Responsible for working directly with the company's partners as directed by the Board of Directors. - Building and developing relationships with education and training institutions, local government agencies.
Fully, timely, and in accordance with regulations on periodical and extraordinary reporting regimes in accordance with the Company's regulations.
Perform other tasks within the assigned scope when directly directed by the Board of Directors to ensure compliance with the provisions of law and the internal rules and regulations of the company.
