-Check design drawings, advise the design department and factory director on points that need to be modified to suit machinery, equipment, and human resources to ensure productivity and quality of work.
- Align the machine, make patterns and guide main workers and assistant workers on the job
- Manage, supervise, and assign work to machine operators and assistants from the feeding and shaping stages to best ensure productivity and product quality targets.
- Responsible to the factory director and company director for production output and product quality.
- Coordinate with other departments to research and deploy new products and improve old products.
- Maintain and improve the quality management system to reduce product defect rates and increase the efficiency of using materials, machinery, and human resources.
- Manage and organize maintenance and repair of machinery and production equipment. Compile reports on the factory's machinery and equipment system to make recommendations for purchases and repairs.
- Manage the quantity and quality of main raw materials and auxiliary materials to ensure production.

- Have 10 years or more working experience in the corresponding position, graduated from majors related to mechanics, machinery, electronics... or business administration
