Job Description :
l Work with our central marketing team, re-testing and optimizing marketing channels to reach students. This work will include, but is not limited to, mining email, paid search engines, social channels and other content.
l Drive the discovery of new and innovative ways for us to reach students both online and offline
l Act as the glue that binds our marketing and admissions functions so that all of our campaigns work as they were designed to.
l Brainstorm new engagement and enrollment strategies and then implement those strategies
l Liaise with foreign partners, educational institutions and embassy officials
l Establish strong education network worldwide
l Develop and maintain a network with partner universities
l Communicate effectively when dealing with people of different interests and authorities
l Plan and travel to overseas destinations, participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, public seminars on international education, visit Universities and High Schools for activities. promotion action
l Cooperate with Education Consulting Agencies and Organizations and guide potential candidates on the admission process
l Maintain, preserve database of all questions, study countries and cities for future cooperation
l Perform or assist in conducting research, website updates, and school admissions program development tasks
l Goal planning and setting enrollment goals each semester and year
l Develop regional marketing strategy, public relations, build and manage partnerships
l Actively promote and develop Woosong University in Vietnam.
l Student acquisition (may be through advertising, tourism, entertainment, etc.), counseling and admissions for Woosong University, gathering the information necessary to identify each student/student, in a timely manner provide students/students with accurate information about Woosong University and assist students/students in securing information from Woosong University and applying for admission to Woosong University

Candidate Requirements :
l Bachelor's degree or higher
l Minimum of five to seven years of experience in educational consulting, including at least three years of continuous responsible experience in a university, college, high school or consulting firm education, field of enrollment or international relations experience to an appropriate degree
l Familiar with the educational standards for the admissions area
l Have good communication skills and flexibility to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
l Excellent public speaking, writing, communication and organizational skills
l Ability to present ideas in front of a crowd and attract listeners
l Good level of English
l Good oral and written communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships
l Interested in pursuing a career in higher education administration and/or the corporate world
Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Analytics software.
