[Remote] Legal Officer at Ho Chi Minh City - Việc ơi Japan Client

■Job description
- Research, draft and complete documents issued at the Company, thereby ensuring compliance with the Company's regulations and the law.
- Update and highlight changes of new regulations issued by competent authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in consulting, legal advice, process building, completing legal procedures for the Company.
- Work directly with state agencies: administrative procedures, legal documents serving the Company's business activities,...
- Representing the Company in the negotiation process and for litigation proceedings to protect the Company's legitimate rights and interests.
- Prepare, research and draft legal documents as assigned.
- Perform other duties as directed by immediate superior.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from University with major in Law. Having a law practice certificate or a lawyer card is an advantage.
- Having at least 3 years of experience in handling administrative and investment procedures.
- Proficient in litigation, court dispute resolution, administrative and investment procedures.
- Proficient in drafting documents, contracts, regulations and records management.
- Good self-handling, organizing and managing skills
- Good use of English in work and communication
- Honest, dynamic, enthusiastic, high responsibility at work.
- Knowledge of Crypto law, Blockchain is an advantage.
