- Data management and care for old and new customers of Boutique Opera House and other business establishments of the Company
- Evaluate and monitor service quality assurance
- Managing and developing the team, recruiting and training sales skills, area management skills, sales consulting skills,... for sales booking/CTV; Assign work, plan day/week/month and perform monitoring evaluation.
- Communicating, organizing and supervising the orientations, regulations and rules of Boutique Opera House and the company.
- Perform other activities under the direction of the Service Manager and the Board of Directors of the company.
