Divide action plan for each employee
Monitor and analyze business results periodically (Week, Month, Quarter)
Adjust the action plan to achieve the set goal.
Lead sales department meetings to communicate goals and plans to employees.
Complete weekly and monthly reports accurately on time and with complete information.
*Business Development
Responsible for all sales targets at the supermarket
Assign targets to employees.
Monitor and urge employees to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Support sales staff: solve problems in daily work.
Ensure business construction to save costs, increase profits.
* Build a good relationship with the supermarket:
Create a good relationship with the supermarket.
Organizational development
Recruitment, training and coaching of old and new employees.
Perform daily attendance.
Building a reasonable salary structure and timely rewarding employees with high results.
Raise the spirit of solidarity of the departments to build the company stronger and stronger.
Communicate to sales staff guidelines, policies, decisions, regulations, directives of the Company.
Report to the Board of Directors the violations of employees and propose disciplinary measures for such violations.
