Job Description of Customer Service Representative:
- Consulting on electronic business card products and registration process, adjusting information for customers.
- Communicate with customers via phone, zalo chat and company support channels
- Receive customers from customer departments, assist in completing orders, packing and transferring to delivery department
- Consulting and answering customers' questions related to iPROCARD's products and services
- Call to notify customers to renew and take care of customers.
- Support, welcome and advise customers when customers come to the company.
- Always update knowledge about products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Monitor and control the status of orders to promptly process for customers.
- Understand the ordering and payment processes to guide customers to pay.
- Support to resolve customer complaints within the allowed scope.
