- Quote requests to ask for service prices, follow requests to find orders for the company.
- Negotiate debt issues with agents before providing services, contact Shipper/Cnee for top shipments to arrange booking.
- Taking care of relationships with Shipper/Cnee assigned goods, developing Freehand goods.
- Take care and develop their customer system to achieve the target of sales, profits and bring profits to the company.
- Coordinate work with other departments in the company to monitor and assist in solving problems arising in the process of providing services to customers to ensure work efficiency.
- Report work results to management weekly/monthly/yearly.
