WORK CONTENT
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and related partners.
- Act as the main contact person in resolving customer inquiries and requests.
- Understand customer's business goals and propose appropriate DOOH advertising solutions.
- Coordinate Advertising Campaigns:
- Work closely with customers and internal departments to develop and deploy DOOH advertising campaigns.
- Ensure that the campaign properly meets the client's requirements and goals.
- Project Implementation Supervision:
- Ensure that every aspect of the DOOH advertising campaign is implemented smoothly and effectively.
- Monitor project implementation progress and resolve any arising issues.
- Sales and Sales Expansion:
- Sell additional services to current customers.
- Search for new opportunities to expand customer list and achieve sales targets.
- Reporting and Performance Evaluation:
- Prepare and provide periodic reports on campaign performance to clients.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and suggest improvements to campaigns.
- Maintain Internal Contact:
- Be the person responsible for communicating information and requests from customers to relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure that every customer request is implemented properly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in DOOH/IMC/Digital advertising or customer management. Having experience working in famous agencies is a priority
- Excellent communication skills and good teamwork ability.
- Strong understanding of DOOH/IMC/Digital advertising and ability to apply effective strategies for customers.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work effectively.
- Autonomy and problem-solving ability.
- Bright appearance, creates sympathy with partners.
- Good English (Listening, speaking, reading, writing).
