WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Work closely with stakeholders and users to acquire insights of the business regarding objectives, risks with complete understanding of their expectations and demands
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for prospective improvements, and consult the most possible solutions
• Consolidate, analyze, elaborate, translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Then ensure the team understands the product requirements and the product is delivered at high quality
• Compose and maintain requirement documents such as Business Requirement Document, Functional Requirement Specification, etc.
• Write user manuals, conduct user training sessions and tracking feedbacks
• Clarify, update, prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up-to-date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
• Supporting Project Manager and Product Owner through Scrum activities and business related activities or playing the role of Product Owner when required

Job requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information System, or relevant majors
• Good understanding of client's business requirements.
• Experience in construction area is an advantage
• Experienced in Discovery methodologies with a high-level focus on Elicitation and requirement gathering & documentation
• Excellent at English communication in both written and verbal skills
• Hands-on at least 4+ years of experience in Business Analyst and supporting Product Owners
• Modeling and Design business process
• Can read and design in UML language, familiar with at least one among Use-cases diagram, Activity Diagram, State Diagram, and Sequence Diagram
• Have knowledge of UI/UX
• Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with Stakeholders, Developers, Testers, Team Leaders and Project Manager.
