- Researching the market, competitors, behavior, needs... to find ideas and strategies for Digital Marketing Plan. - Develop idea, concept, key visual, content direction; Create media plans and master plans for brands. - Directly pitching the plan made with customers. - Coordinate with BD in consulting, negotiating to promote contract signing. - Monitor, analyze, evaluate and make suggestions for improvement for each campaign - Regularly update new trends, sources of professional knowledge and practice skills for the job. - Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
