Manage all aspects of a design process, from research and ideation to design and realization of those ideas;
Ensure usability, accessibility, and aesthetics of the project
User research and analysis;
Collaborate with development teams to research and develop plans, ideas as well as sample products, ensuring designs are implemented accurately and effectively;
Provide strategic advice and design solutions based on understanding of business goals and user needs;
Develop necessary research activities and organize professional training sessions to improve team capacity;
Work with both partners and internally to ensure the final design meets the needs of the organization or customer;
Control the work of multiple projects and be able to complete work on time;
Prepare reports for the Product Manager on the performance of each task.
REQUEST
Bachelor's degree in fine arts, applied design or related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in design or similar field;
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar;
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and product development processes;
Ability to build design systems and maintain consistency across projects;
Ability to work closely with stakeholders to identify solutions that benefit the business;
Proficient in design tools and presentation skills;
Team management skills, work management and reasonable time allocation;
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Project management experience.
