Job Description

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Team management: Set business targets, promote and monitor the implementation of targets and company policies. Manage and supervise Sales Team to achieve growth target and sales target.
- Participate in the process of recruiting, training and evaluating employees together with the Sales Manager (if necessary) on Team human resources.
- Responsible for planning the route of each employee in the Team, monitoring business indicators and making monthly business reports with superiors.
- Report and evaluate the work results of each sales staff in the Team with the Management level.
- Implement the approved business plan from upper management to team staff.
- Supervising the team to work in accordance with the company's business process.
- Planning, implementing and promoting trade policies and business activities.
- Responsible for managing staff in the Team for program quality, customer feedback, and coordination with related departments.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual business plans of the Team and submit them to Management for consideration; review and approve the plan and evaluate the work results of each salesperson for the weekly/monthly/quarterly plan; Responsible for the overall performance of the Team.
- Support team members with tasks related to meeting customers, signing contracts, implementing contracts and liquidation, monitoring contract performance, liquidating contracts, urging debts.. ..
- Manage and supervise Team to achieve growth target and sales target.
- Develop plans and strategies to serve development goals and achieve business results set by the company.
- Support and monitor the implementation of the business plan. Report on business results, revenue and expenses; make forecasts before the Management level.
- Building and developing customer system, business product database.

- Fixed salary: 9,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND/month + %bonus (Earning > 18,000,000 VND/month depending on capacity)
