Direct and coordinate sales consulting activities for customer groups, solving problems, questions, complaints from customers related to products or services.
Implement activities to provide sales solutions and increase revenue sources from tourism products for partners
Develop products, in line with market trends or events of the year
Evaluate work quality, assign work to subordinates, manage work performance of department members
Directly implementing training activities with new employees
Analyze business results from which to develop plans to improve performance
Periodically report directly to the head of the department
Perform other duties as assigned by the department head
