- Advise the CM on the school's business strategy; Develop monthly/quarterly/yearly business plan of the school
- Synthesize, analyze, make reports on the implementation of the plan, propose measures to promote business activities in order to complete and exceed the assigned plan.
- Manage, implement and be responsible for, and supervise the working process of the counselors at the assigned school sites to manage. Capturing market fluctuations, team fluctuations,... reporting to superiors and making timely recommendations.
- Build and train the sales team according to the process, regularly improve the process to improve the conversion rate.
- Develop and deploy sales scenarios (monthly, quarterly, annually) to perform Offline Sale activities (at schools, businesses...) to find potential customers; Implement the plan, manage, monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of each program, ensuring the highest efficiency based on the approved and followed budget. Targets are set by the company and assigned to employees.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduated from College, University or higher - At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Experienced in Offline Sale with large-scale programs from people.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of integrated business systems.
- Have skills in planning, implementing, checking, monitoring and evaluating.
- Have skills in training, teamwork, motivating employees to maximize their capacity.
Right
- Income 18-25 million/month; Working from Monday to Saturday according to the arrangement of the Manager
