Job details:
Consulting on English communication learning programs on Mobile for employees, students, and pupils (suitable for all people who want to learn from basic to advanced)
Advise users about learning packages on the app (100% hot data from Marketing, reputable products in the market - rating from 4.5 / 5);
Consulting on training roadmaps and outstanding features on the app;
Provide promotional programs to customers;
Persuade users to register or renew their learning accounts;
Support in answering payment methods for customers;
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure students learn effectively
Record customer comments and feedback. Report to the department head to coordinate with the Customer Service, Academic, and Product departments to improve products;
Answer customer questions (if any);
Report directly to department head
Job requirements
Candidates have about 1 year of experience in the field of Telesales / educational consulting / admission consulting / online sales;
Ability to communicate fluently;
Hardworking, persistent, not afraid of work;
Being a positive person, full of energy, proactive in work;
Careful, meticulous, honest.

Fixed salary from 7 - 11 million VND + commission. Initial starting income is 10 - 15 million;
