I. Carry out import and export procedures
1. Receive delivery documents, request to export goods, save and transfer to purchasing and accounting department as prescribed.
2. Check the documents required to import and export goods and perform the import and export in accordance with regulations.
3. Track the daily amount of incoming, outgoing and inventory goods and reconcile with the warehouse accountant.
4. At the end of each month, inventory the quantity of inventory with accountants and representatives of the management board.
5. Monitor the minimum quantity of goods in stock daily, ensure that the goods always ensure the minimum inventory level.
6. Report to the management when the goods are approaching the minimum inventory level.
7. If the quantity of imported/exported goods fluctuates, the management board must be requested to change the minimum inventory level accordingly.
II. Sorting goods in stock
1. Make a warehouse diagram and update the warehouse diagram when there is a change.
2. Be responsible for guiding and controlling the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that the tools and methods of loading and unloading do not damage the goods.
3. Arrange the goods in the right position, so that it is easy to get and avoid being broken, wet, damaged...
4. Keep the warehouse neat and clean, arrange the goods according to the conditions required by the manufacturer (if any).
5. Always ensure fire prevention and safety rules in the warehouse.
6. Check the shelves on a weekly basis. For perishable goods, they must be managed according to the principle of first in, first out.
7. Report timely and fully the relevant information in the warehouse to the manager or the board of directors.
8. Perform other duties as assigned and directed by the Head of the Department
