1. Scope of work
• The scope of work includes activities to perform in support of the Director's work.
• Coordinating with other departments / divisions in the company to ensure the goals of the work.
2. Tasks and job responsibilities
• Receive, consult and support the Director in operating, implementing, supervising and urging the work of the departments to implement the set goals and plans;
• Communicate the Director's information to the relevant departments and units and receive feedback to the Director;
• Synthesize, evaluate and make reports on business activities, thereby advising the Director of solutions in a timely manner;
• Assist the Director in internal and external relations; Always know the event plans and can become the company's representative spokesperson in some cases.
• Organize and participate in meetings chaired by the Director;
• Make arising reports at the request of the Executive Director
Candidate Requirements:
• Having experience is an advantage
• Age: 25 - 35
• Gender: Female, good looking
• University graduate, major in Law, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration or related majors;
• Have good health, professional and agile working style;
• Honesty, carefulness, detail, flexibility;
• Having consulting skills, persuasion, analytical skills, problem solving ability;
• Have many creative ideas, good synthesis and analysis;
• Responsibility, respect for professional ethics and confidentiality principles;
• Proficient in using Office software (Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point...);
• Skills in organizing, managing time and managing multiple tasks at the same time, knowing how to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to think, negotiate and communicate well;
• Likes challenges and is eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a good team.
