I. Job description
• Receive allocated information from the company and make calls to remind customers of overdue fees to require customers to comply with the service agreement that the customer has committed to
• Seek new information from customers
• Convince customers to make payments according to previously agreed commitments
• Report work performance to direct management
II. Request
• Good communication and persuasion skills for customers
• Honest, hardworking
• No experience, training will be provided
III. Working time
8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. OFF any day of the week according to management's arrangement, not fixed on Sundays

5th Floor, Block E, Cong Hoa Garden Building, No. 20 Cong Hoa, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City
