- Managing and operating all activities of the Company specializing in the business of ceramic tiles, Logictics
- Building a system of organizational structure, functions, tasks and activities of the company's departments
- Responsible for strategic planning and direction for the company's commercial business.
- Be responsible to the President for all activities with KPIs of annual revenue and profit.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain the company's culture and vision.
- Manage the Departments/Departments of the Company to set goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the Company's overall goals. Ensure the company operates effectively in finance, human resources, operations, etc.
- Develop budgets, cost norms for common activities, control and evaluate and adjust accordingly.
- Have the right to proactively resolve related issues within the scope of work responsibilities.
- Have the right to access and propose recommendations related to software system improvements related to the scope of work.
- Proposing, recommending correction, supplementation and change of contents related to the operating process of the position in charge.
