Job description
- Operating and managing the Company according to the decentralization of administration;
- Advise the Board of Directors on issues of development orientation, business strategy of the company;
- To be responsible for the implementation of business contents and plans approved by the Board of Directors;
- Allocate work, arrange tasks of departments and divisions to use human resources effectively; Managing general operations of the company, including: business, finance, investment,... to ensure the completion of the set goals.
- Report work progress monthly/quarterly or irregularly during the management and administration process to the Board of Directors.
Job requirements
- Education: University graduate or higher in economics, business administration or other related disciplines.
Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in operating a company in the field of real estate, investors.
