I. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan restaurant development and operation strategies
- Set up R&D team
- Monitor standard quality management processes for the entire chain: ensure consistent style, service quality, food and drinks are maintained at restaurants in the same system
- Training and managing staff to ensure standards
- Setting new restaurant
- Operate and manage business activities of existing restaurants
- Coordinate with relevant departments to develop business plans, improve restaurant business efficiency.
- Always check and maintain the best service standards
- Other activities as assigned by superiors
II. REQUEST:
- Male, aged 27 to 35 years old
- Have 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, managing or setting up restaurants
- Requires fluent English communication (Korean is an advantage)
- Good leadership, analytical and problem solving abilities
III. RIGHT:
- Official salary: From 50 million (deal based on ability). 2 month probation 85% salary.
