TOUR OPERATION EXECUTIVE / TOUR OPERATING SPECIALIST at Ha Noi - Khám Phá Trải Nghiệm Tổ Ong

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Directly managed under the assignment of Head of Hanoi Representative Office;
• Support the work of the Hanoi office (support working with local authorities, check and inventory electricity and water bills, support receiving guests/guides when arriving at the office);
• Carry out weekly tours (book services for tour groups (hotels, cars, meals, sightseeing tickets, etc.), ensuring accuracy and efficiency of services;
• Check and review service tables, costs, and prices for each tour;
• Update and manage data for operating room work;
• Maintain cooperative relationships with service providers: cars, hotels, restaurants...
• Monitor and coordinate all services, handle problems during the tour and after the tour ends;
• Arrange and coordinate tour guides for groups;
• Regularly check and update services and service prices, ensuring prices are consistent with service quality and competitiveness;
• Collection of documents related to the tour;
• Coordinate with accountants to complete contracts, payments and contract settlement procedures;
• Prepare reports on administrative services on a quarterly and annual basis;
• Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the Head of the University Department.
