̵ Research shopper insights and update purchasing trends.
̵ Understanding of sell-in and sell-out activities in the cosmetics industry.
+ Come up with ideas for displaying products at points of sale to maximize sales efficiency
+ Plan to launch new products at points of sale/agents/distributors
+ Responsible for images displayed at points of sale including POSM (counters, flyers, posters, signs, products...)
+ Search, coordinate and monitor construction activities of service providers, print publications such as flyers, catalogs, profiles, labels, and packaging of all kinds. Evaluate supplier quality to ensure results are on schedule and cost effective.
̵ Monitor, evaluate, control Trade Marketing budget, update and evaluate Trade Marketing costs periodically.
̵ Participate in commenting, editing, and supporting updating content related to the company's products and industries.
̵ Plan and manage direct sales personnel at points of sale
̵ Perform other tasks when assigned by management.
