– Planning: develop promotion program plans, Trade Marketing plans, participate in proposing ideas for building Marketing plans.
– Deploy approved sales programs: deploy and train the sales management team on the program.
– Manage POSM system: build POSM list, monitor identification items at the restaurant, manage Marketing item list.
– Plan restaurant decor and implement it when there is a new campaign
– Customer research: deploy secret customers, analyze factors affecting customer experience –> propose and implement solutions to increase experience.
– Channel development: looking for potential partners, partners with the same customer segment, building booths (updating images) and managing operations on deli apps
– Report: effectiveness of promotion programs, revenue, non-advertisement costs, customer feedback on social networks: google, deli app, CRM.
