Job Description

Receive orders and quotes for customers.
Drafting and printing contracts, documents and documents related to the business department.
Prepare tender documents.
Answer and answer the phone when a customer calls
Receive customer feedback, answer customer inquiries within the scope of their knowledge, contact other functional departments to handle customer complaints quickly, efficiently and accurately
Support superiors to negotiate, sign contracts, monitor, urge debt recovery, monitor payment progress of customers
Translate English documents
Other tasks as requested by the head of department or superior.
Report regularly or irregularly at the request of the Head of Department or the Board of Directors.

Job requirements

Gender: Male
Age: under 35 years old
Dynamic, professional style, confident with good communication, creativity, ability to build good relationships.
Bachelor's degree or higher, major in: Business Administration, Economics, Law...
Read and understand documents well, proficient in office computer.
Skilled in drafting, reporting, summarizing and updating information clearly and coherently.
Experience in the same position at least 1 year.
Able to work under pressure, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative in work.
