Assistant Director - Business Development at Ba Ria - Vung Tau - Vật Tư Và Thiết Bị K S N

A. Job description:
- Advise the Board of Directors in developing business development plans and business strategies
- Search and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze the Company's business situation, coordinate with departments to come up with planned activities to achieve revenue.
- Check and synthesize reports, analyze data of the Sales Department and advise the Board of Directors on solutions to increase sales.
- Monitor, synthesize and report implementation instructions from the Board of Directors.
- Support the Board of Directors to monitor, care for, and work with customers, partners, new and existing contractors.
- Support in resolving arising problems related to business and dealing with customers.
- Check, draft, and work with partners on issues of English-Vietnamese bilingual contracts.
- On behalf of the Board of Directors, chair designated meetings
- Develop customer care policies to improve business efficiency.
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors

B. Job requirements:
- Requirements: Female, good appearance, flexible working hours
- Graduated from University majoring in Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Communications and other related majors
- 2 years or more experience as assistant to Giap Doc (Sales, strategic analysis), Assistant to Sales Director,
- Language: English level: Translation and interpretation;
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.
