- Collecting, synthesizing and analyzing reporting data at the request of the Director
- Prepare documents, attend meetings and monitor the progress of implementing the Director's instructions
- Participating in negotiations, business meetings, special events, secretarial at meetings/negotiations with clients.
- Together with the Director to monitor, urge and supervise the implementation of policies and plans
- Act as the focal point to receive ideas and suggestions from partners - customers to summarize and advise the Director
- Together with the Director to develop and take care of major partners and customers
- Support the Director to handle office administrative tasks and some other assigned tasks.
