- Synthesize and update customer information
- Process information/quotes/orders when received by sales.
- Synthesize all types of work reports and business reports for the SALE department.
- Manage and control the order/contract execution process.
- Find out customer information to be able to advise sales on follow-up care.
- Handle customer emails when requested by sales (if necessary).
- Accompany sales to meet and exchange information with customers (if necessary).
- Prepare records and documents as required by sales to serve exchanges and meetings with customers.
- Other tasks upon request.
