Advise customers on tours the company is providing that suit their needs
Recruit, train professional skills and manage junior sales team
Manage and distribute appropriate data to each team member; Build revenue targets for each team member to ensure the targets set by superiors, and at the same time encourage exceeding revenue targets.
Devise strategies to access old customer data lists, attract and gain trust from new customers.
Coordinate with relevant departments to handle complaints/arisings from customers during the process of using the service.
Perform other tasks assigned by superiors

At least 1 year of experience in the field of marketing and sales, having led a sales team. Priority is given to candidates who have held sales, assistant, or sales admin positions at companies or tourism organizations

Income 10 - 25 million [negotiated at interview]
